At ITAB, keeping track of the group’s cash flows and liquidity (cash visibility) used to be a time-consuming task. About a year ago, we decided to start working with the Coupa Treasury treasury management system and it has eased our workload substantially. We can now view cash flows and liquidity on a day-to-day basis to track whether these are moving in the direction of our cash forecasts. We now use the LMCash component which CORE Process has helped us tailor to our needs. Our intention is to expand our use of Coupa Treasury, module by module. A huge advantage of Coupa Treasury which allows us to streamline our processes is the facility to view cash flows and exclude transactions such as group contributions, internal dividends, internal and external changes, etc. This enables us to focus on the real currency exposure of our cash flows. During the Coupa Treasury implementation period, we received very good treasury support both through meetings and workshops and through continuous phone support. The treasury consultants at CORE Process are always there for us, are easy to contact and provide us with professional advice and solutions. Crucial for us was the flexibility of the system in combination with quick and competent support and of course a competitive price in relation to our ROI.
